Founded by Ami Goto and Eric McIntyre

Tsukimi Food Co. is the next chapter in their mission to bring authentic, creative, and unforgettable Japanese food to the community.

 

Ami and Eric are no strangers to Halifax’s vibrant food scene. As the former owners of Dharma Sushi and the beloved Kitsune Food Co, they’ve left an indelible mark on the city. Ami’s culinary journey also includes, Lonewolf Food Co. and the viral, Full Moon Izakaya pop-ups with Chef Tyson Wachter.

 

Tsukimi Food Co. builds on the legacy of their previous ventures, which have been featured in The Coast, Curated Magazine and numerous publications. Thank you for joining us on this delicious journey – we can’t wait to share our love for Japanese cuisine with you!

 

We will be delivering our authentic, handcrafted Japanese fare for takeout, Monday to Friday evenings. Beyond takeout, stay tuned for seasonal pop-ups and collaborations in our space—a nod to our roots in immersive dining experiences. Named for the moonlit night (Tsukimi), we invite you to savor every bite under our glow.
